Self Awareness and the Art of Compounding Tibetan Formulas

Broadcast on September 27, 2021
With Nashalla G. Nyinda, Menpa TMD
Hosted by Kelsey Barrett

The ancient Tibetan medical system can be demystified while maintaining precision. You can become an active participant in your own healing process by pinpointing exact antidotes with a relationship to each of the herb energetics. Everyone has potential to develop greater awareness of the five elements, and how personal dominance of these relates to the six tastes when creating and consuming herbal compounds. Learn with Dr. Nashalla Nyinda as she introduces the fundamental principles behind Tibetan medicine formulation.

In This Session You'll Discover:

  • Foundations of traditional Tibetan medicine pharmacology principles
  • How one's own five elemental balance directly relates and responds with the elemental energetics within each herb
  • How to improve herbal formulation precision for body typology
