Broadcast on August 21, 2023
With Vaidya Jayarajan Kodikannath
Hosted by Selima Harleston Lust

There's a more effective way to manage metabolic disorders like obesity than simply reducing intake and increasing activities. Join Vaidya Jayarajan Kodikannath as he explores the real issue of derangement of the inner systemic harmony affecting the metabolic system. Harmonizing the inner metabolic dynamics without creating stress on the mind-body systems is the way. Ayurveda offers herbal combinations to awaken the healer within. It's not just the active chemicals, but also the plant energetics and plant consciousness that heal.

In this session, you’ll discover:

  • How the Ayurvedic approach to metabolic disorders is beyond the derangement of metabolic hormones
  • Stress can be a major contributor to metabolic disorders despite following a restricted diet and doing intense workouts
  • How to awaken the healer within through Ayurvedic herbs with their active, energetic, plant consciousness
