Yi Dao, Qi Dao: Using Qigong to Potentize the Effects of Herbs
Join Daisy Lee as she talks about “Yi Dao, Qi Dao,” a classic understanding in all systems of Qigong. Learn how using “Yi” (mindful attention + intention), and layering it with Qigong breathwork and movements, enhances the flow of the lifeforce known as “Qi” through the meridians. If you then add a harmonious herbal formula, the body's channels become like rivers of light that truly illuminate your health and wellbeing.
In this session, you’ll discover:
- The meaning of “Yi” and how it can impact health outcomes
- How combining Qigong with a harmonizing herbal formula can create optimized healing for the body, mind, and spirit
- Qigong movements that increase the flow of “Qi” to the spleen, liver, heart, and kidneys
