Jennifer West is a community-centered clinical herbalist, nutritionist, and clinical hypnotherapist. As owner of Plant Mama Alchemy and founder of the Awakening the Roots School of Intentional Medicine, Jennifer combines her background in nutrition, herbalism, and mindfulness to provide BIPOC and other marginalized communities with the tools they need to cultivate a life of self-sustainability. From teaching workshops, classes, and one-on-one consultations, to partnering with social justice organizations, Jennifer creates a safe space for individuals to tap into the wisdom of ancestral practices through accessible, community-centered health initiatives.
